Beyond our extensive Patient Service Centers, Sunrise provides your patients the best access through Home Care Service; home visits to perform laboratory testing for those patients who are medically unable to travel. Our laboratory has one of the largest home care departments in the area.

Our highly-trained phlebotomy technicians, bearing a photo-identification card for added patient security, will visit the patient's home. In most cases, this technician will call the evening before the visit, and verify an approximate time of arrival.

Our Home Care department provides you with a single point of contact for all scheduling and follow-up. Simply call the Sunrise Home Care Department at 1-631-435-3098 during its hours of operation (Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.)

Home visits are currently available in the following counties:
* Suffolk
* Nassau
* Queens
* Brooklyn
